It’s a new year squad! That means it’s time for new rolls. The Thousand Sunny is one of the new rolls on the menu this week. Inside she has tempura shrimp, cucumber & avocado, then topped with kanikama salad, chives and tobiko. I absolutely love the flavor & aroma of yellow tobiko! When I created this roll, The Thousand Sunny came to mind & it made me smile because she is the name of one of my favorite ships from One Piece. This week’s Special Roll is the Rolling Stone, I wanted to create a roll with tuna and shrimp but I wanted it to be different. I am going to add special rolls to the menu that will not be included in the weekly combos, she will have spicy tuna, cucumbers and cream cheese inside then topped with avocado salsa and fried shrimp balls, she is an absolute beaut!
